HK - Day 1 & 2

It was still work work work today. Sigh...

So i guess to blog about the first two days in HK is actually easy -- just talk about what i ate will do.

Day 1

Mom woke up at the same time as me (about 6.30am). She went out even before i went to work. When i got back to the hotel room in the evening, she was resting and waiting for me. She had walked around the nearby area and bought some cheap stuffs (definitely made in China!).

Lunch: big boss brought us to a nearby Chinese restaurant for dim sum and Chinese dishes. The food was ok.

Dinner: walked around the area near the hotel with mom and had Vietnamese beef noodles. The portion was, as usual, very big. We ordered just one bowl and two dishes, but still couldn't finish it.

Day 2

My subordinate (the one who went to USA with me) and i left hotel earlier because we were asked to pay a visit to the warehouse here. It was located at the other side and we gotta cross the straits.

Mom went shopping around this area again and bought more stuff. I showed her the way to the nearby MTR station the night before and told her to take the train to Time Square, but she didn't do so because she said she didn't wanna get lost.

Lunch: Boss brought us to a small eatery for dumplings fishball hor fun (水饺鱼蛋河粉). Very nice.

Dinner: Had some pastries and fruits that my mom bought. Did not go out for dinner because gotta work work work.
